RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT

Please note that all returns WITHOUT a valid receipt or proof of payment are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the total value of the product(s) being returned.

NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

Returned goods are only accepted in original un-opened packages.

60-Day Replacement Warranty program

The 60-Day Replacement Warranty program applies to deemed factory defective electrical power tools and household appliances, upon purchase. The retailer reserves the right to repair the item first. If the appliance/item cannot be fixed, a replacement or a prorated refund/store credit or store credit will be issued.

Clerance & Sale items are final sale. NO Returns are permitted.

Inspected goods:

All Toilet(s) & Vanity(s) are to be inspected before they are purchased and deemed to be in mint condition, otherwise denoted on the sales receipt.  

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items, clearance, hygiene-sensitive goods, or custom/online orders cannot be returned. I.E. Toilet seats, plumbing items, pillows etc. Final sales also apply to display models, as discounts are already given upon purchase.

Net Sales items:

Items on sale/ promotion are net sale items. No further discount will be given. Sale price ends on advertised date.

Estimated Timelines:

 Delivery dates are provided as good faith estimates rather than binding guarantees, as they are subject to supplier and transit delays outside of control of the company.

Storage and Forfeiture:

 ALL INVOICED GOODS LEFT ON-SITE PAST 15 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% STORAGE FEE VALUE OF ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. RIGHT OF DISPOSAL: ITEMS UNCLAIMED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONEDAND WILL BE SOLD TO DEFRAY STORAGE COST.
