The Epicurean 16" x 11" Pig Board is made from a wood fiber composite that is ideal as a cutting surface or as a service piece. Epicurean boards are non-porous, hygienic and certified by the NSF. They are also responsibly produced under the guidelines of the North America Sustainable Forestry Standards. The board is light weight, maneuverable and the surface will not harm knife edges, yet resists staining and cracking and is heat safe to 350F. Epicurean Natural Handy Board is made in the USA and measures 16" l x 11" w x .25" h. Dishwasher safe.
